As our Senior Manager – Business Services & Tax, you’ll be the Director’s right hand and a go-to for clients. You’ll lead with integrity, think like an owner, and help us lift the bar across the board.
- Manage a portfolio and build relationships with clients of varying sizes and industries
- Provide advice on complex tax matters like tax planning, structures, small business CGT, estate planning etc.
- Review team work to ensure top-tier technical quality and accuracy
- Lead advisory projects including forecasting, board reporting, strategy, and business mentoring
- Mentor and grow a team
- Collaborate on business strategy and practice-wide improvements

· CA/CPA qualified
· Minimum 7+ years in public practice (Australian tax)
· 2+ years in a workflow or team leadership role
· Confident in Xero, Excel, and tax compliance tools
· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and judgement
· Confident across complex tax matters
· Based in Australia with full working rights
· Confident, approachable leadership style
· Passion for mentoring and team development
· Strategic, big-picture thinker
· Someone who raises the energy, not just the issues
$120K–$150K+ (negotiable based on experience)
