As our SeniorAccountant / Team Leader – Business Services & Tax, you’ll work closely with the Director and broader team to:
· Manage workflow and review technical outputs across compliance and advisory
· Lead and mentor junior and intermediate staff
· Ensure100% accuracy, timeliness, and top-quality client deliverables
· Contribute to process improvement and help shape how the business grows

· CA/CPA qualified
· Minimum 5+ years in public practice (Australian tax)
· 2+ years in a workflow or team leadership role
· Confident in Xero, Excel, and tax compliance tools
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Proven track record of attention to detail and job efficiency
· Based in Australia with full working rights
· Experience mentoring junior staff
· Strong process improvement mindset
· Warm, approachable leadership style
· Desire to be part of something meaningful and long-term
$100K–$134K+ and a sign-on bonus, commensurate with the skills and experience you bring to the table.
